We estimate corrosion rates, select materials, develop material specifications and advise on welding procedure and qualifications. We are also asked to advice on how facilities that have reached the end of their design lives may their lives extended or be put to new use, sometimes under different operating conditions. ● Materials Properties
Properties and behavior of engineering materials subjected to different kinds of mechanical, physical and chemical factors are undoubtedly vital in engineering design. The expected level of performance for a definite material determines the applicability of it in a given condition.

● Manufacturability consideration
The formability or work ability, machinery, coat ability, durability, and heat treatment properties of an engineering material must consider when it uses to make a part. Moreover, the cost of manufacturing with respect to application and existing process should be regarded in an excellent materials selection.

● Cost Analysis
Material must be priced appropriately (not cheap but right) and also be available (better to have multiple sources). It also must be durable as long as possible and be recyclable for future industrial demands.

● Failure Analysis
Failure analysis is the process of collecting and analyzing data to determine the cause of a failure. It is an important discipline in many branches of manufacturing industry, such as the Oil and Gas industry, where it is a vital tool used in the development of new products and for the improvement of existing products. It relies on collecting failed components for subsequent examination of the cause or causes of failure using a wide array of methods, especially microscopy and spectroscopy. The NDT methods are valuable because the failed products are unaffected by analysis, so inspection always starts using these methods.

● Cathodic Protection
Cathodic Protection is, with or without the presence of coatings, the most common way to protect subsea metallic materials. It is also widely used for metallic structures in soil or concrete.
- Cathodic Protection design: for a reliable CP design we have developed number of spreadsheet based cathodic protection design tool. We gather the historical data, performs the necessary testing and conducts site evaluations to ensure an appropriate location and design.
- Computer modeling of Cathodic Protection systems: we use common software based on boundary element modeling (BEM) and finite element modeling (FEM) to simulate complex system for more performance on cathodic protection.

● Stress Analysis On Offshore And Onshore Plant
Stress analysis is an engineering discipline that determines the stress in materials and structures subjected to static or dynamic forces or loads. The aim of the analysis is usually to determine whether the element or collection of elements, usually referred to as a structure, can safely withstand the specified forces. This is achieved when the determined stress from the applied force(s) is less than the ultimate tensile strength, ultimate compressive strength or fatigue strength the material is known to be able to withstand, though ordinarily a factor of safety is applied in design.
